I binged so much last night

because yesterday I ate

Breakfast: A friso sandwich from Hardees (10:30am)

and 

Snack: A whole lot of cantelope (3:00pm)

but the problem is that was it. no lunch or dinner until about 8:00 pm when they finally put the food out at this party I was working at I was so hungry that I didn’t care what I ate. and Honestly I don’t even remember what I ate. There was so much food, all fried and fatty.

so I haven’t had time to keep up with this but

dinner: Chicken and brown rice curry 

Breakfast: Poached eggs and left over brown rice curry

Dinner: chicken and fresh salad

breakfast: Greek yogurt with cinnamon and honey

Just two poached eggs and a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee

I am so bloated and stuff from last night :(

Today I had two poached eggs, some greek yogurt with honey, a glass of orange juice, and two thick slices of pepperoni 

I’m not counting calories. just making sure I make good choices :)
